Seasonal Service Terms and Conditions

Eagle Docks will continue to provide Spring and Fall service to all previous customers, unless we are notified that you wish to be removed from our service list.

If you have recently sold your lake property, we would appreciate a note from you, and if you could pass along our name and contact information to the new owners, we would be even more appreciative!

Spring Service:


Spring service work will begin with the official “ice-out” on Lake Vermilion.

Generally, all service work is complete within 4-5 weeks after the ice out occurs. Should we have a period of inclement weather, we ask for your patience, as our outmost concern is for the safety of our staff and the protection of your property.

Fall Service:


Fall dock and boat lift service will commence on or about October 1.

In order to provide dock and lift service to our customers in a safe and manageable manner, we ask the following:

If we are unable to locate your cables or “A” frames (i.e. they are locked in your boat house or garage) or if your canopy has not been removed, Eagle Docks may not be able to lift your dock, track, or boat lift before ice-up.

We will attempt to notify you promptly if the above condition applies. If the cables or “A” frames are made available, and if we are able to return to your site, a “return visit” charge will apply, in addition to our regular service fees.

If your boat lift bunks are not raised, or if your dock has been raised before the boat lift has been removed, we may still be able to remove your boat lift, however we will assess an additional service fee to every lift in this category.

If our staff determines that any of the cables need replacing in order to safely lift your dock or track, we will replace such cable at our discretion, and invoice you for the additional cost.
