Under unusually high water conditions, Eagle Docks will lower your dock frame, but may, at our sole discretion, choose to leave the decking on shore for fear of loss or damage to the decking pallets. Once the water levels have receded, we will return to your site and deck the dock as part of our standard spring dock service package.
If upon arrival at your property, you decide that it would be appropriate to have the dock decked, please contact Eagle Docks and we will return to your site, deck your dock, and complete your Spring Dock Service.
If it is imperative that you have the use of your dock, even if the frame is near under or completely underwater, Eagle Docks would be happy to discuss possible solutions that either you could implement, or that Eagle Docks could assist you with. These additional services are not considered part of our standard Spring Service package and would be at an additional charge.
Under unusually high water conditions, Eagle Docks will place your boat lift in the “usual” or “standard” position at your dock, as the boat lift legs have been set & and the lift leveled to function appropriately at this specific location.
If, upon your arrival at your property, you decide that you would like your boat lift in a new position at the dock, please contact Eagle Docks and we will discuss the new location and schedule a time to perform this additional work.
Movement of the lift to a new location is not considered part of the Spring Boat Lift Service, and would be at an additional charge.
